The Acadiana Sports Car Orphanage understands how important it is to you to receive your parts FAST. It’s why many of our in-stock products ship out within 3 business day when ordered before 5PM Central Time.

We are also proud to offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere within the Continental 48 United States on many of our products. (Not all products qualify, please read item description for more details.)

Shipping Address - For the safety & security of our business, and of our customers, we will only ship to the billing address for the credit card or Paypal account used to make your purchase. Although we understand this may constitute an issue for a very small number of orders we process on a daily basis, we feel that this is one of the easiest methods at our disposal to prevent fraudulent internet transactions. Please contact us for more information if necessary.

Post Office Shipments
Priority Post office shipments (not available on all parts) usually take 2-5 business days to arrive. Parcel Post shipments (not available on all parts) will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Estimated times based on shipping within the continental US. All shipment times depend on parts availability. Custom made and special order items may be delayed in order to provide time to be manufactured.

UPS Ground & FedEx Ground Shipments
Ground Service generally takes no more than 5-7 business days in the continental United States. Weather and other factors can at times extend or shorten these times. Weekends and Holidays do not count. Custom made and special order items may be delayed in order to provide time to be manufactured.

Shipping Outside the Continental US (Including International Shipments)
Shipping outside of the continental US is handled on a case-by-case basis, and you will need to contact customer service for more information. All international orders must be processed directly through customer service - international orders processed through checkout will be reviewed prior to fulfilment. Additional charges may apply when an order is placed shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping prices vary with size and weight. 

Shipping to PO Boxes
Please remember that UPS & FedEx are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box. If you require your order be shipped to a PO Box, please contact Customer Service to verify that your order is eligible for USPS shipping. Shipping to a PO Box for a non-stock item will delay your order an additional 5-7 business days. Any item weighing over 2 lbs. will ship via ground service and is not eligible for USPS shipping.

Out of Stock Items
On rare occasion, human error may cause an item that is out of stock to be displayed as in stock. When this happens, we do everything possible to still fill your order in a timely manner. Usually, we are able to have the manufacturer ship your order directly to you to prevent delays in shipping time. Other times, we may have to have the part shipped to our main offices, where we will turn around and ship it to you. This usually only causes a 3-4 business day delay in shipping.

As you can see, we take great pride in our customer service, and this goes hand in hand with our high standards for shipping and handling.
